Meet The Team

Lee Brooks, BBA CFP President, View360 Insurance Advisory Ltd.

Lee is an insurance and wealth focused advisor with over 16 years of experience as an advisor and business owner. Lee serves clients in British Columbia, Alberta and the Yukon from his offices in Vancouver and New Westminster.

He graduated from Simon Fraser University in 1998 with a BBA in Finance. In 2005, Lee obtained his Certified Financial Planners designation (CFP). He then founded Brooks Insurance and Financial Services Ltd., a successful financial planning practice. However, his desire to constantly improve his knowledge and value proposition for his clients led him to evolve the company into View360 Insurance Advisory. Recently, Lee was referred and accepted into the Conference for Advanced Life Underwriting (CALU).

Lee is dedicated to understanding and putting into practice the advanced tax, wealth and insurance planning opportunities available for business owners and affluent Canadians. Lee enjoys and has extensive experience working with active or retiring business owners and their key people, philanthropists, incorporated professionals or executives.
To ensure that his clients always obtain the best advice and service, Lee and View360 Insurance Advisory will often collaborate with specialists at partner firms.

On a personal note Lee appreciates and enjoys spending time with his family. If he is not at a sports field supporting one of his children, he will likely be out enjoying nature, fishing, hiking or skiing. However, if the weather is too nasty you might find him at a hot yoga studio.

Mandy Mattu, Executive Assistant

Mandy has worked in the financial services business with Lee since 2005. She has gained exceptional experience and knowledge in the insurance and investment industry over the past 11 years and is passionately committed to client service. Early in her career she obtained her life license and mutual fund license to improve her ability to serve clients.

Mandy works closely with clients right from the initial contact, application process, underwriting process and ongoing client service inquiries. She also works intimately with insurance carriers; these relationships help when managing complicated client insurance cases through the underwriting process.

Born in a small town in the interior of B.C., Mandy moved to the lower mainland in 2002 and graduated with honours from Kwantlen University.

Outside of work Mandy enjoys travelling, playing volleyball, football and spending time with her family.
